The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s properties and services. This role will enhance brand awareness within the digital space, drive website traffic, and acquire leads/customers. The specialist will also identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.

Professional Experience

  • Experience in Sales: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in real estate sales is highly preferred.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, neighborhood characteristics, and current market trends.

Technical Skills

  • CRM Software: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage client interactions and sales processes.
  • Marketing Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online listing services.
  • Office Software: Competence in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Soft Skills

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process.
